    Look in civ3 folder,
    The file is called 'CIV3 mod' or just 'mod'
    something like that anyway.
    Make sure to upgrade to 1.21 first. IIRC
    it was pretty unstable when it came out.

    There will be a new one in a couple of weeks.

      BTW: before you start making changes in the editor,
      make sure to back it up!!!
      Make a new folder, call it ' whatever you want'
      then copy and paste the editor file into this folder.

        If you just want to make maps:
        Goto--> civ3 folder--> doubleclick on 'editor'

            The program you want is called Civ3Edit, in the main folder of Civ 3. The file that the game info is stored in is called civ3mod.bic. Double-clicking on the icon will automatically open up Civ3Edit.

            And you can't change dates, you need a third party save game utility for that.
