Dunno if this has happened to anyone else. It's happened several times to me. I'm researching the only required tech left for era advancement. If I get the tech via trade, I change eras but the city graphics remain the same. Not sure about the worker graphics. has this happened to anyone else?

Ever since 1.21f, my settlers and workers don't change until Modern age instead of Industrial.
Also, scientific civs act weird, when it comes to new eras and wonders like Evolution. I ge the right tech, but not the right picture. Like when I goto Middle ages, I get a picture of Economics but get Monothiem. Stange.I drink to one other, and may that other be he, to drink to another, and may that other be me!

Haven't had many problems changing eras as such.
However, I get something like Feudalism or Monotheism from the Great Library, or Atomic Theory from the Theory of Evolution. Then when it asks which tech to go for next, it says something like "We have received the technology of Map Making from the Persians. What shall we research next?" as well as the Map Making graphic (even if I actually researched Map Making myself).
Not a game-stopping bug (heck, not really that annoying either), but still strange nevertheless."Corporation, n, An ingenious device for obtaining individual profit without individual responsibility." -- Ambrose Bierce
"Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." -- Benjamin Franklin
"Yes, we did produce a near-perfect republic. But will they keep it? Or will they, in the enjoyment of plenty, lose the memory of freedom? Material abundance without character is the path of destruction." -- Thomas Jefferson

Strange. The willow knows what the storm does not; that the power to endure harm outlives the power to inflict it

What is all this? Do workers and settlers change looks through the ages? I'll have to start another game and see.
P.S. do foreign slave workers also change? 90% of my workers are foreigners by the end of the game so that could explain me not noticing.
