It is possable to add new units to the game, or can you only edit the ones that are already there
Also how can I create unit animations what programs can I use
And last are they going to change this in the exspansion pack

Yes you can.
You can use any program you want to draw but you need FLICster and a program that can save as PCX. (Jasc's Paint Shop Pro is good)
No they said FLICster was better then what they used.
