How do I change the unit graphics and names? I'm making a post-apocolyptic scenario. Because I don't want to make new graphics I'm having the first unit, "PN Warrior", be a rifleman. I renamed the unit, changed the picture to Rifleman, went into the art folder and copied & renamed the rifleman folder. But when I load the scenario it crashes! What am I doing wrong???

PS. I'm not using any tools other than the editor that came with Civ3. And I have the most updated version of Civ3. 17f, I think.

21f is the most updated version.

What you are doing wrong is that you don't rename the .ini file.

also to save disk space you should just copy the inifail and rename it.
Then edit it and add "..\OldUnitName\" to the beginning of all paths in the ini. That way you won't have to copy the graphics, and you can easier publish your mod.
