I have made a scenario in civ3. I have placed starting locations around the map, and I'm wondering how I can designate a specific civ to each starting location. The way it works now, it's random which civ appears on each starting location, and this is really annoying. I'd like to place the chinese in China, the english in England and so on. Can anyone help me?

AFAIK it is still not possible to precise where will a specific civ start the game.
The coming scenario editor will perhaps allow it.
