map screen capture

I'm new to Civ3. I made a map in the editor and it's large so I can only see a potion of it at one time. How do I get a screen cap of the whole map? I know it can be done because I've seen the maps posted.

The largest game-generated map that can be displayed fully onscreen is in the Replay when you retire, win, or lose.

So, to see it, begin a game with your new map, play a few turns to allow each Civ to found a city if you like, then resign (ctrl-Q).
