Check what the default units are using, and take something close to that.

I could finish in les than a week if i can get the pallet to work.
I do not have Civ3 here, i did download FLICster and a unit with similer colors.
3DSM can't render in .pcx so i tried .flc and .bmp.
The .flcs each have diferant pallets making FLICster crash and have mesed up tranparency
The .bmps can be saved as or renamed .pcx but no editor i have tried can merge pallets or images corectly and save as .pcx.
I have an idea with pant, but that will take a long time.
I do have a pallet editor at home i made for some thing else that might work, i will try it.
          Any one have an idea?

Ok i got it to work, kind of, for some reason when paint loads .pcxs it flips the pallet, just save, rename, and reload to flip it back.
I have the default, fidget, and run done i should have the rest done friday or tuesday.
i think the alinement is off, how do i fix this?

              Wow, that's pretty dang good.

Better than I could do in any case. Unfortuneatly, I'm not good with graphics, or modding them in Civ III, so I can't help you out.

                Professional quality, congrats .
If I play a futuristic mod, it's sure to be on my haddrive.

Ah, a critic though (I try to make it constructive) : the moving is a bit too quick, and could be smoother, if it was slowed down (say, 10-20%).

I finished this, would have finished earlier but my brothers and cousin have been playing Civ3 all week.

                  where do i post it?

The alignement is off so i am moving the mech up in Photo shop, is there a easer way?

Some times the top right corner gets smeared to other frames is this a Flicster bug?
