graphics problem

I have noticed with the 1.21 patch that my monitor displays these rolling bars that wash across the screen, top to bottom. They don't obscure the graphics at all but are a little distracting. Is my refresh rate off?

Any idea how to fix it?

Win XP
GF3 Ti200 27.42 driver
DirectX 8.0a I think (at least 8.0)

The problem seems to be with your refresh rate. Try adding this line to your Civilization3.ini file:

Refresh=60

Also check out the readme file. It might help.
