Requests, anxiously waiting generous contributions

I'm actually trying to change the civilizations in my mod. But I'm not a big specialist about all of them, and I'm pretty dumb when it comes to graphics. So I would beg some assistance on some fields :

City names for Carthaginians, Mongols, Spain, Incas and Arabian empire.

Leader name for Incas and Arabs and Imperial China.

Graphics for Louis XIV, Hannibal, Genghis Khan, Isabella del Castilla, an arabic calife, and an Inca leader.
