I agree with the others, the terrain is too dark. The mountains are amazing though! Unbelievably good! I took all your mountains, made them almost the same shade of green as Snoopy's and put them together. I like the actual terrain but 1. it is too dark and 2. the sea tiles are plain, smooth, etc.

i just downloaded the graphics, they are awesome! i favourite part is the mountains. my least favourite part is the oceans are a bit flat. maybe you could lightin it up a bit too.
The graphics work great, but i have a problem. Every time i try to delete the original graphics, they copie them selves. Now i have like 14 copies of most of the graphics. Help please.

wow... as a regular lurker i must say i'm impressed with your work... i really enjoy it, but i do have a small criticism: i think the desert and tundra irrigation tiles are a little too lush. too green. perhaps they can be scaled back a little bit?I wasn't born with enough middle fingers.

First of all, excellent work Womoks
However, I found one problem... some of the grassland forest tiles don't display correctly (all you see is bare grassland - apparently Ioannes found this problem too).
I compared your grassland forests.pcx with the original civ3's, and copied and pasted pics into the spaces in your file which looked like they should have something in them. The forests appear to work fine now.
Actually I haven't been able to test this on the tile I first noticed this on since as soon as I modified grassland forests.pcx, civ3 would crash when loading the saved game. I'm not sure if this has to do with grassland forests or with a modified tech that I was researching that was giving me problems (the game still crashed when I replaced my pcx with yours again).
EDIT: I found the problem and it had nothing to do with my forest grasslands.pcx, so this file is fine.
The fixed forests can be downloaded here:Attached FilesLast edited by Krayzeenbk; July 22, 2002, 18:48.Civilization3

I wasn't planning on it, as I am working more on rules editing at the moment, but I guess I could take another stab at this. I am out of state for another week, but when I get back I will see if I can find a way to mix Womocks terrain with Snoopys new C3C terrain including his recent rework of grassland forests. Basically I have a mix now that has all but Womocks in it. I will post it next week once I am happy with its looks.Get 84 Resources, 96 Resources, or the NEW 153 Resources! Get Rockier Bonus Grassland versions1.0 or 2.0! Get My Mix of Snoopy and Womocks early terrain! Get Varied Goody Huts!
Upcoming Mods - Optimator (with over 1000 new units!!!) & Godzilla, Revenge of the Kaiju!
I am in dire need of new dino and Kaiju units!

Well any news on the graphics conglomerations I am having difficulties even getting Womaks to display at all. CIV3 EXE causes a JGL.dll error and crashes leaving 3 or more COMs open requireing a reboot at least and most of the tme a reinstall of the whole Civ3 directories. Much annoying.
Look forward to a graphics conglomeration I can get to work.
