The brazilian civilization - Troubles and more troubles...

Hi everyone,
We´ve creted the new brazilian civ, in my forum, in Brazil, although, i was puted on the place of the iroquois civ. It was not so good, because, looks strange tho see the brazilian leader (D. Pedro I) with Hiwata´s face!! :crazyeye: So, we´ve created those pictures:






Until there, all right, i´ve ever taked the new haked civ3editor, and instead of changing the iroquois civ, i created another.
My problem is that, i don´t know how can i make that pictures to work correctly in the game (all are in the pcx format).
And, how can i make the "flic" animation for D. Pedro I???
