To Wait Or Not To Wait??

Dear friends

Iam playing a game now where only 6 civs in the planet have survived, but I have problems because I have to wait more than 5 minutes between turns, does someone know how to solve this issue?

There is really no way to solve it.

If your preferences make sure follow enemy moves is off.
also your own automatic moves you don't really NEED to watch them move do you?
