Corruption?!?
I simply can't decide which is worse: The unhelpful "instruction manual" or the very incomplete civilopedia . Is there anywhere I can get the answers that I need QUICKLY?

You can usually get help here, if you state the problem. You will get the usual read the manual, but you will eventually get what you are looking for.Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust! -
Well, I guess I'm just too impatient. I guess I'll have to spend another few years to perfect my understanding of this new version. It just annoys me that I paid quite a bit of money for a less-than-adequate instruction manual (for, let's face it, it shouldn't have been too hard to get an illegal copy of the game itself).
I'm really thankful, however, that I found this site - and that replies are posted this soon.
Once I figure out the game mechanics, I promise I'll have some advice of my own...
