request for talented modmakers to create different citazen art for each civilization

I think that different citazen artwork for each civ would go a long way to making each civ more distinct. Right now, all of the europeans tend to look very German, all of the Middle-Easterners look very arabic, etc.
I think if someone could tackle this area, it could add a lot to the game.

To do this, you'd need to make a separate culture group for each civ, which I don't believe is possible...

oh yeah, i forgot about that, good point ixnay.
I suppose something could be hacked with the copy tool maybe, but i guess this may have to wait until a better editor exists.
