      I've seen those, but I don't have the slightest clue how to do them. If you would tell me how, I'd gladly post one.

        In the Reply dialog box there's a button labeled IMG. Click it to insert an image file into your message.

        Someone else can tell you how to create a screenshot image (I think you press ctrl-PrintScreen to copy your display to the clipboard, from which you can paste it into a graphics editor). Be sure to crop it to reduce the filesize.

              I'm sorry. I meant the PrintScreen key on your keyboard. I'm not sure about the exact key combination. I think it's ctrl+PrntScrn or shift+PrntScrn. Can someone confirm or correct this?

              I use a shareware screen capture utility called SnagIt. It allows you to select the area you want to capture, plus do all kinds of post-capture modification, including adding text.
