2050?

Hi, i am a newbie, and only have played the game once. I was wondering why the game ends at 2050, and if there was a way to turn that feature off, so you can play till the end. Thanks

The game stops keeping score at 2050. If you want, you can keep playing after your score is entered, but it won't continue to keep track of your score.

Or you can grab the Civ3MultiTool. It will allow you change the end date in one of your saved games. The start date as well if you like.
