critical problem with Trudeau leaderhead

Well, the creator's email seems to be defunct, so here i am

i THINK i propperly installed the Trudeau leaderhead mod, however...

Civ3 crashes whenever i start a game with my new Canada civ

Civ3 crashes whenever i click on Trudeau's head in the Hall of Fame screen

Now, in the hall of fame screen, i can click on ANY other head... but as soon as i click on Trudeau... blam, Civ 3 crashes.

What could be wrong? Is it just me? what could be wrong?
