Hi, I had a small question about cities being converted by the force of culture. Basically, I just wanted to know how it works. Obviously, cities surrounded by a rival's culture zone don't hold out long, but that's really the extent of my knowledge about conversions. Is it determined by the individual city's (the convertee's) culture rating, or by some kind of ratio of one civilization to the other? Thanks in advance for any and all explanations.
