Completly Dumb!!!

I know this has probably been asked like a million times before, but I would like to know how to get my pcx image file into a flic file. I don't want to bother with the animation of it just yet, I just want to use a static image as a run animation just so that I can us it in-game

I have PSP 5.0 & Abobe photoshop 5.0 & the latest version of Flicster.

Open up Flicster and create a new unit then export as storyboard, which creates a pcx. Then paste in your image.
