This CIV3 trainer utility is a direct clone of Cyberman's but with CrusaderJoe's "PowerBar" treasury input method (see the 'Info' box for their sites/trainers).
It allows:
1) forced hurry on ALL buildings/improvements
2) single turn technology research
3) treasury setting by value
I'll add more if there's any demand. I wrote it to make the game more fast paced on Warlord. Seems those other tribes just get too many bonuses without cheating....
Let me know if you have any problems. Look at Cyberman's and CrusaderJoe's if you have questions. This trainer is their derivative and hopefully extracts only the best of both.
