OK, since I was loud and complaining out here before the latest patch came out here, I figure I owe the Civ3 guys this.

Civ3 now seems to be very stable on my WindowsXP computer. I've played several startup games now well past the point where Civ3 used to lock up and crash the whole OS. Now that isn't happening.

So thank you very, very much to the Civ3 team for fixing this in this last patch. Since I was complaining out here before, I owe you at least that much.

I am now greatly enjoying playing Civ3, so thanks!!!!!!!!!
