Im editing the little heads in the diplomacy network screen, and i cant achieve the correct transparency. Ive tested with purple, and black as colors to set them transparent, with black there is no tranparency, with purple there is, but not in the corners. Im using PSP 6.

open up the existing ones and see the exact indices that the file uses. it's not just purple its like 255,0,255 or something like that.
