  • Still Settler/worker grafics disapearing in the Industrial Age.

    Ok, small bug or somethin'...

Well, I was playing a game (with my mod admitedly) and everything went like it should (the patch is great. btw).

When I got to the Industrial Age and suddenly my still settler/worker pics disapeared (the ones in units32.pcx, right?).

They gone both in the queue and on the military advisor screen. I know its a mod (I added two units, one with Infantry grafix, and one with chariot grafix) but I hadn't tinkered with the units23.pcx. What's wrong?

    My proof:

Yes, I know of this, but you would have got an answer faster in the Creation forum.

The era-specific icons of units_32.pcx shall start at the icon with the index that is the same as the number of units in your bic. So if you add a unit oyu will have to move the eight, by default last, icons that contains eraspecific graphics for leaders, armies, workers and settlers.

Marla Singer's World Map .bic has much the same problem--although it only appears to be effecting the settler unit (not the worker), and even then it only seems to effect it when it is "in" another "something" (i.e., in a city or in a transport of some sort).

godinex, let's be clear: the bug I described is in the user-supplied .bic file, not in Civ 3.
