Posting Mods

I made a unit a tech to go with it. How do I post it? what packaging wizerd should I use? and what files do I package.

You should probably post it in the Civ3 -- Files section. Just start a thread and in your post use the "attatch" button near the bottom of the screen. You should put the files in a .zip file.

No, you can't do that, only the moderators can add things to the Files area. Just post it in Creation, and the mods will take care of it.
