Random Map Generator Question

I want to know, where the presests for the random map generator are saved. I want to modify them for my mod

It looks to me like that's been hardcoded. About the only thing you can change is the world sizes.

Map algorhitms smells to me like heavy programming... that stuff must be hardcoded, and creating choices for it in the editor must be very very hard. But don't take my word for it.
