Tech Question for Firaxis programmer

Is the most up-to-date Civ3 Edit version 1.15.0.1? I have that version and Civ3 Edit version 1.17...which one is the most up-to-date?

I'm not a Firaxis programmer, but ......

Editor version 1.17 was originally included in the Civ III patch 1.17f by mistake (according to a post by Firaxis). The correct version is available for download from Apolyton (among other places) and is version 1.15.
