Civilopedia/Diplomacy Text Overrun bug

Perhaps this has been addressed in an earlier thread, but i've just joined the forum.

Has anyone else experienced the problem of text overrun in the Civilopedia, and on the Diplomacy screens?

Losing the last few sentences of a Civilopedia entry is not tragic, but on the diplomacy screen, the options list appears so far below the box that it makes it impossible to select New/Active trades, thus making it impossible to end a stale trade.

i'm running the game with the v1.16f patch.

Win98SE, 128Mb RAM, NVIDIA Vanta display adapter, Master Riptide PCI Audio Device... Current Drivers for everything.

Yes this has been addressed and I believe solved. It has something to do with the Lucinda Sans font. There's a thread here somewhere that explains it, and how to fix it.
