MAP: Modified world maps to have accurate starting locations

The huge and standard world maps with the starting locations moved to where the civs actually were historically

At the moment, that can't be done with the editor. However someone from the Firaxis team posted and said that they were working on it, so it will probably be possible with the next patch.

well, of course not...the starting locations are those of all the civs, but theres no guarantee you'll end up in the location of your civ
