Industrial Age Crash

Love the game, though this piece of crap crashed every time I try to research any industrial age technology. I've re-installed both the game and the patch, and no matter what civ I am or whatever, it crashes. What a waste of time!!! I've read that others are having this problem.... Why is Firaxis not addressing this????

Can you check that your pediaicons.txt has 4 ERA_SPLASH entries at the bottom?
