when you get the universal suffrage wonder the civilopedia says it reduces the effects of war weariness in all your cities. now a police station does the same thing except it reduces corruption too. in civ2 suffrage counted as a police station in all your cities which did not IIRC reduce corruption. now am i to understand that if i have suffrage and then build police stations too, i will get additional reductions in war weariness?
