Civilization 3 Mods by ccm01
Completed Leaderheads:
Adolf Hitler (Germans)

On The Drawing Board:
John F. Kennedy (Americans)

Custom Animated Leaderheads:
These modifications replace some of the in-game leaderhead graphic and movie files. The purpose of these modifications is to give the player the option of playing as or against leaders that they might find more interesting or historically relevant. These files were created using Adobe Photoshop 6.0, Kai's Power Goo, and Jasc Animation Shop 3.0.
If you desire to use these modifications, you will have to edit the civ3mod.bic file yourself to reflect the name of the leader you have chosen to use. The facial expression changes are very subtle, but are accurate reflections of the leader's mood. I also opted to not make modifications to the images to represent the four different time periods in the game (this will come later if I become more motivated).
