If you make more than one Mod with the editor, they all show up in your Civ3 folder.
Do they automatically take effect and apply your modified rules?
And how do you know which one (if you have more than one) is taking effect?

Only the civ3mod.bic is applied automatically. If you want to use another mod you have to load it as a scenario.
And you con only use one mod at a time (except graphics mods and such of course)
