hey i love the idea behind fallout (Fallout:Tactics being my favorite game of the series) but whatcha got in mind? -
its pretty simple, replace the civs whit Fallout civs like Enclave, BOS, NCR, mutants, ghouls and more then i would have to create a new tech tree whit stuff like "Gauss weapons" and "Vertibird technology" then add some new units, only problem is i need someone to create the unit animations.
and i demand a Nuke smiley!

oh great, after creating 8 new civs, one leaderhead, changing Cattle to Brahmin and adding Jet and Rad-X as luxeries, Civ3 decides to have a little fun and crash everytime i build a city
