whats with the land units regeneneration in neutral and in hostile territories??

is it 1hp/per turn in neutral ?
and less/pt in hostile territories?

AFAIK it is 1hp/turn in friendly and neutral territory and nothing in hostile territory unless you have Battlefield Medicine, then it's 1hp/turn in hostile territory as well.
