Somebody please help me ASAP. In the strategy guide, to establish an embassy it says to double click on the foreign ministy icon. What is that and where is it on the screen? In the Civilopedia it says double click on another nations capital city icon. What is that and where is it on the screen? Somebody please help. Thanx
