Other Civs Government?

Where do I have to look what type of government the other civs have?

This game has many Advisor screens, not like Civ 2 where you can get your information in one place.

Anyways, Where i get this information from is the Military Advisor Screen. You can see what types of units your enemies have (of course it requires a spy) and what type of Goverment they are running under by clicking on the button.

Or you can go the expensive route and do an 'Espionage' mission with your embassy or spy and investigate a city. I like to take any inexpensive city which is connected to their trade network so I can see what their Strategic & Luxury Resource pool is like.

The background shows their era.
Their clothing gives a hint on their government????
