Help with editor

Pretty much all the editor options are grayed out. I am trying to reduce the corruption in my games, how do I do this?

To enable all options you have to deselect use default rules.

Corruption

I cant figure out how to specifically reduce corruption, am I missing something? Where do I go to lower corruption levels.

You can do this in some ways.
1. Increase the optimal cities value for the different mapsizes
2. Change the percentage of optimal cities in the Difficulty levels
3. Set more buildings to reduce corruption

My favorite is on the Government types tab, each government has a level like "crippling" or whatever. Just bump them all to "Minimal".

Yes, I forgot that, but then the different governments doesn't affect corruption at all.
