Hi there!

I'm curious as to exactly WHAT Future Tech is d-: I finished all my scientific achievements, and felt pretty damn (Can I say that here?) proud of myself, but then this vague "Future Tech" thing was sprung up on me! What on earth is it, and why did it not do anything after the 4 turns?
