I used VB for C3MT, but when a small tool was needed that could be redistrubuteed without the needs of any big runtimes I wrote CPT in C++. But I based it on some VB-code. (The CPF-files would have been different if I had planned to read them from C++)Originally posted by TechWins
Hmmm I could have sworn you used VB originally to make the tool, but this is actually better for me, considering that I only know c++ (and pascal but I don't go around advertising that lol). Anyways, what compiler and IDE do you use? How long have you been programming in general and specifically in C/C++?
C3MT is still VB, and is too mush code to convert, and I don't want to start over totally. And that code is really messy, mostly due to all diferent fileformats and versions supported.Creator of the Civ3MultiToolComment
