Editing Diplomacy.txt

Anybody else have problems editing this file?

For instance, I changed
"That's it! Prepare for WAR!!!"
with:
"Eat my ****, *****! You gonna die!"

Keep in mind that I had to transfer this on a floppy between two computers, and I had problems with it loading correctly... I noticed that the program I used told me that not all of the features could be saved if it's stored as a .txt file.

Anyways, when I DO get the text where I want it, I think I'll post it, as long as a little profanity is acceptable to the moderators...

I thought that this was a creation thread... HAS NO ONE TRIED TO EDIT DIPLOMACY.TXT????!!!!!

I just wanna know if you were successful or not...

I haven't edited Diplo yet, but I have edited the scripts.txt and all works well.

I hate Beatle references you know.

Well, at least I have faith... Perhaps it's just a "my comp" problem, but I would really like to edit this file...
