Discovered Espionage, built Intelligence Agency - how do i get those extra espionage missions?? It says in the manual i need to plant a spy but never says how i do that! When i click on the embassy or on the "E" button it still only shows two options - investigate city and steal technology.. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot!
