Help editing resources.pcx...

I don't know much on how to copy and paste with Paint Shop or Photo Shop.

Someone out there please be kind enough to show me how to match the same backgounds.

I'm using the resource.pcx and resources.pcx. I've created new resources but they appear with the blue background in the game.

I'm also looking for a way to create a large and a small.pcx icon for the civelopedia.
