Well, I mobilized my economy to build a bunch of combat units, but now I can't get out to build other stuff. I can't find any documentation on how long this is supposed to last, or how to get out of it. Clicking on the mobilize bubble on domestic advisor doesn't give me the drop down choices of peace time or war time now that I'm mobilized. Do I need to fight a war first to get out of it???
