For some reason i cant d/l stuff. Anything, Mods, Senarios, Maps, anything, Can anyone tell me how to d/l the stuff?

What are you trying to d/l and from where? Most of the stuff on this board contains links to the files (the text I believe is blue). When you click the link a dialog box should appear asking you where on your computer you wish to download the files to (ie "My Documents"). After that, you should use windows explorer to go to wherever you saved the files to (again, such as "My Documents"). Hope this helps.

It takes a bit before the download starts. Try waiting a little longer next time
It should start by itself. Usualy after 20-30 sec. for dial-ups.
