strange patch problems

hm... nothing life threatening, buit i installed the patch, and some aspects are working, like toggling viewing unit movements, etc

but also, some things aren't working, for example, i dont get a window telling me "rome is in civil disorder" the same text as before comes up

basically, some things are updated, others seem the same?

The civil disorder thing is an option in the preferences menu and this option is OFF by default. Are you sure you turned it on?

The same applies to some other fixes (e.g. buildung of military units).
