How do I change character picture?

Does anyone know how to change the picture of a Civs character?

I used the editor to try to switch the pictures of the French and Roman leaders. The problem was that there was only the choice to change the full, animated picture (like the one you see when you are negotiating deas with another Civ) but I couldn't change the diplomacy advisor picture (the oval size pictures that show the lines for things like "at war"). Has anyone found a way to change something like this?

Use the same procedure but you'll find them in '..\Art\Leaderheads' for the victory/defeat screen and '..\Art\Advisors' for the foreign advisor screen.
