New Bug in 1.16f - Foreign Advisor

Just started playing (with a save from previous version) my first game with the patch. Something appears to permanently erase all the "lines" (indicating Peace/War, etc.) from the Foreign Advisor screen. Not sure what might trigger it exactly, but it works at the beginning of a session. The only workaround I've found is completely quitting - reloading a save doesn't fix it.

Some people (such as myself) have been having this problem even with the pre-patch version. There's a thread called "I want lines dammit" that has some discussion of this issue.

I had no lines at all for weeks, then I installed the patch, and ran glsetup, and now i seem to have lines for a while, then they disappear again.

There's also been some discussion of post-patch issues in the "I want line..." thread. It seems that much, if not all, of the post-patch disappearing lines is related to opening any of the other advisor screen... The lines work until you open the screen for one of the other advisors and disappear afterward until you exit the game completely and then reload the save.
