i have built military academy. how can i build armies in this city?

There is a limit of how many armies you can have, I think it's 1 army for 4 cities. So if you have only 10 cities and already 2 armies, you cannot build a new one. Also only the city with the military acadamy can build arimes.

i have lot's of cities, and only one army. i brought three tanks in a city with military academy. but i can't order them to form an army. how to do this???

you need to build an army unit first, then add your tanks to the army.
check out the civ'opedia:
units --->army (they cost 400 shields, so they aren't cheap)
