How do you make a MOD? I've just started playing the game last week, and while I've seen MOD's before of other games, I've never tried to build one. Where would I go to find more information on this interesting and appealing art of MOD making?

well, there is this topic on top called modmakers tutorial, it's a bit much, if it's a good place to start for modding civ3 i think<Kassiopeia> you don't keep the virgins in your lair at a sodomising distance from your beasts or male prisoners. If you devirginised them yourself, though, that's another story. If they devirginised each other, then, I hope you had that webcam running.
