I am playing my sixth Civ III game. I am the French and completed research on Industrialization. I got the option to build the Great Wonder (Universal Suffrage), but not the city improvments mentioned above. I've researched a couple more advances, but they still don't show up as options. Anyone else run into this? Is there anything I can do besides abandon the game?
